 + -1 moreI knew he had some other job pending which I had no problem working around. He did the ceiling in a decent amount of time. It could have been done a few days sooner but i KNEW WE WERE WORKING AROUND THE OTHER JOB. When the ceiling was done i saw that there was a bad spot where the seam was. I never even got to address that with him. He put the floors down then sent the person in to refinish them and I never saw him again. He asked for money to buy moulding but never came back. He left me with doors standing in the kitchen and no mouldings. I also paid $800.00 more for the wood floors because I figured if my place online delivered them late he would have an excuse to not show up. My husband agreed to that one. He did a job for us last summer laying pavers in our yard. That job went pretty smooth ,that bis why we hired him again. Another reason is vthat he was a family member of a friend of ours. I would also like to mention that he screwed up our electric.
Description of Work: Pennacchio removed an old plaster ceiling and laid hardwood flooring.
