Pros: In a small nutshell, company very patiently and confidently answered many screening questions. Then, after we selected them to help us, they removed the malware and installed a free-malware detection and removal system when computer was near collapse. Overall they absolutely 100% saved the day! It was a very critical time for the computer and their timely assistance proved to be extremely vital.
Room for Improvement: They did a good job but they could be more responsive; for example did not always answer their telephone. Also took a bit longer than anticipated to do the work (by just a day or two), but they did a very good job once the item was ready for pick up. (Went back a few times to see if it was ready.)
Overall: I would absolutely use them again and recommend them, and I am nothing but extremely appreciative for their fine work.
