They spent a significant amount of time making sure the job was done right, despite the fact that it took longer than expected. Mr. Itingen did an excellent job of tuning a baby grand that was very out of tune and in need of key repair. He made sure it was Pitch Perfect! I will absolutely use their services again.

I contacted Intingen and Sons after I inherited my grandmothers piano. It hadn’t been touched in years and I was actually unaware of how out of tune it was so I figured I’d do some digging. Initingen and Sons was close by so I called them to come take a look. Phil was the one who came by to check it out and I have to say I was very impressed. I know as little as there is to know about pianos and not only did Phil get the job done efficiently and effectivley but he left me with a plethora of knowledge so I can make some minor tweaks to my piano intermittently. With the help and info he provided I’ll be able to handle the small things every now again but I know when i need the help of a professional this is the company I will be turning to. Thanks a lot fellas!!
