Gigi was wonderful. He got here right on time and went straight to work. He got spot and stains out of a 40 year old carpet that another provider failed to do.  He thoroughly cleaned the carpet in my bedroom and even did a hallway for nothing and dusted our hardwood steps so that dirt wouldn't be tracked into the clean rooms. Gigi's assistant cleaned up after them and we had nothing to do when they left.  Best of all, nothing smelled like chemicals and cleaning solutions when he was done.  Everything was just nice and fresh. I would definitely recommend Gigi's Carpet Cleaning service to anyone.

My rating this company as an F is due to the fact that they made an appointment with me and then cancelled the appointment saying that they would not be able to find my house.  I find this extremely unprofessional.

The employees at Gigi carpet were early which was better for me. Very kind and professional. They spent three hours cleaning two rooms and one sofa. My sofa looks like new and my carpet looks like new as well. I would definitely use them again. If I had one criticism, the employee asked if I could pay the amount for the sofa in cash instead of a check when they already agreed to the check form of payment. But it all turned out okay in the end. Very kind.

This is the second time we used GiGi for carpet cleaning. First time he took our rugs offsite for cleaning and they came back good as new. This time he cleaned one rug on site. Such a great man and pleasure to do business with. I will continue to use them.

Gigi Carpet Cleaning was really easy to work with and provided great service. They were available the day I requested and they showed up on time. They were very thorough in their cleaning and also very friendly. I recommend Gigi and will be working with them again!

We called Gigi's in an emergency when we had been left in the lurch by another provider. We had just moved out of the house, and wanted the carpets cleaned quickly so that we could put the house on the market looking as nice as possible. The carpets, especially a light-colored one in the master bedroom, were pretty dirty, and there were some areas that needed pre-vacuuming, as dust had accumulated under or behind furniture that we had moved out. Juan came, assessed the job, and got right to work. It took him a good couple of hours to do the three rooms; we have seen other carpet cleaners whip through three rooms in less than an hour, which suggests to us a less-thorough job. This company pre-treated, vacuumed, scrubbed, and went over areas multiple times when needed. The carpets came out looking better than they had in years. We are thoroughly pleased with this contractor and would use him again. We recommend him without reservation.
