Century 21 American Homes

Chris Manteria is a straight shooter, he's real, and my family and I felt really comfortable with him, the answers and information he provided us.  A big deciding factor is that he was local to the area and really understood the community and what our goals were for the house.  Chris was great being our liaison when we had showings and we had a tenant living still living in the second floor apartment.  I would highly recommend Chris Manteria and his staff at Century 21 American Homes to represent your family in a listing or buying. We certainly couldn't have done this without Chris!
Angie's List completely aided in rescuing my family from what could have been a very bad situation. Instead our very bad situation turned into a less than ideal situation and for that we are completely grateful. 
After the news of a relative passing in the winter of 2013 my family and I had inherited a home that had been in our family since the 1950's.  The home was in rough shape but salvageable and structurally in good condition; however the closest family member was at
least 2.5 hours away.     
I am happy to report that the home went on the market in the summer of 2013 and we just closed on the home December of 2013.  I know none of this wouldn't have been possible without Chris Manteria and his staff at Century 21  American Homes and the Angie's List
community.
