Yes, I recommend this pro
I have used Blind Design quite a bit in the past. They are very good. He does blinds and shades that are custom made. They are decor specialists. He will also clean the fabrics for you if you like. He even comes to your house with books so that you can decide what you want. I cannot pinpoint a price because over the past seven years, I have used them quite a bit.
