They scheduled me four days in advance for Thursday, June 14, and said that they couldn't give me a narrower time window than 9 til 5, but said they would call my cell an hour before so if I was out nearby I could get home. So I stayed around all day, they never called and they never came. The next day, the driver called and said he was 40 blocks away, could he come by now? No, I was leaving, and where was he yesterday? He said it was raining so he couldn't make it. And why didn't he call? Oh, sorry, he said. So he said he'd come at 4 today, and that he'd call first. I agreed, and emailed the company for confirmation. Yes, he's legit, and sorry about yesterday. It's now 6:30, no one came, no one called, and needless to say, they never will. Avoid this company.

They are very good, and very polite. The first time they came with the truck with the screen so that I could actually see my paper being shredded. The second time, I received a letter from the companies letting me know that they are insured for any type of fraud that would result by their services. I am using them again this week. The price depends on the amount of paper that you are having shredded.
