The provider gives the estimate for $2350. he requests a material deposit of $945.00, we give him check #30248 to JMZ Solutions LLC for a material deposit of $945.00. One hour later, he said the check could not be cashed, and he asked for another check in his name. He gives back the original check# 30248, we give him the second check #30249 for $945.00. This happened on 12/19/2024. He said he would deliver the material the next day. On 12/20/2024 for the whole day, he did not deliver anything, he said he would deliver first thing on 12/21/2024. That did not happen either, he cashed both checks, and he said he did not want to do the job. We asked him to refund $1890.00. He only refunds $945.00. We wanted him to refund the rest $945.00

Joel removed the old thermostat and installed the new smart thermostat but it didn't turn on he checked and stated that he needed a transformer to get 24v to make the thermostat work he left but didn't check if t my heater was working or not It has been two days with. There was no heat in my apartment text him and left a voice mail and got no response from him this is not acceptable.
