I had a old shed that was in disrepair. I wanted a pub shed, its more than a regular shed. It has a refrigerator, cabinets , its insulated with a fireplace and electricity and with a sofa and a wide screen television. Its like a high end man cave- but above ground. The job came out great, I highly recommend him. Mike did a great job, he was extremely concerned at every step that I was satisfied with his work. This is a late posting because I thought I had posted this but , it did not post. he is honest and really works with you.

I received a phone call from my oldest son that there was water leaking from the front of our washing machine.   When I told him to go see the water was coming from. Upon his return he told me there was water all over the mudroom seeping into the remainder of my basement.
Being at work and a teenager at home, I immediately called Wolf's Construction in which he responded quickly. Upon his arrival, he began to find where the water was coming from.  The pipe to the washing machine broke and flooded my entire basement with about six inches of water and destroying 2 feet of sheetrock from the floor. It took a few days to remove all the debris and items lost such as video, furniture, and the carpet.
Once the debris and water was removed then the construction began. The first thing done was spraying antimicrobial in the entire basement area to prevent the growth of mildew and musty smells over the basement. The last thing you want in your house is black mold.  Once the spray was completed the wall were re-sheetrocked, spackled and painted with primer the entire basement.  Once completed it was a brand new basement open and clean.  The linoleum floors it makes the basement look bigger and fresh.

It went longer than planned due that the windows were severely rotted inside along with the beams. The beams had to be replaced and leveled again.
The basement had steel beams and poles installed in concrete to accommodate the weight for the porcelain floors.

The initial request for a first floor reconstruction of my house in which once the job began many skeletons arose from my closets.  The house foundation was slowly deteriorating behind the paneling in addition to the basement the floor was starting to concave in from all the weight with the windows were rotting. The job began with tearing of the entire wall to make it one open space while adding a sliding door to the back of the house.  From the back room and the kitchen, radiant heat was installed with porcelain tiles. Due to the weight of the tiles, steel beams are installed in concreted in the basement to secure the weight of the heating, cement, appliances with new granite tops and counters.    The owner spoke with our town hall to ensure that the installation is up to code if we were to sell the home in the near future.   As the job progressed with the kitchen, the location of the sink was moved from the back by the bathroom to the front of the house.  To add to additional work that was required was the incorrect front window ordered though no fault of Wolf’s.  My window order was incorrect and rather than have an open area during the month of November, a window that was currently in stock though a bit more expensive was replaced.  With the new window, the original measurements did not match the window that was installed. There was additional work to make the area larger, which means again additional costs.   The amount that was agreed up on for the contract remained the same, which I was very impressed.  The most recent job was due to the water damage from my washing machine in the basement.  Mr. Wolf took full responsibility with keeping constant contact with the insurance agent ensuring that we received a fair settlement to repair the damage and items lost.  The owner stood in budget and researched replacement products for reasonable costs.  When I called for the service, he was at my home within the hour with buckets and a shop vacuum to clean the water.  It took a few days and then painted the wall with specialized paint to prevent future mold occurring. The floor in the basement was replaced with a vinyl floor and now my basement looks even larger than before.  He put in a separation between the basement and laundry area if there was to be a living area established privacy was immediately available. On both occasions, the work was of high quality workmanship with the minimal amount of stress for me.    The team was very conscientious and polite with old school mentality. They put the customer first, took their time with all the work, which left no room for error. The owner was on the premises the entire time and takes pride in his work.
