Solar Reflections

This is the 3rd Solar Tube (in 3 different houses) we had Solar-Reflections install. This unit is just a solar tube (others we had installed, were for bathrooms w/vents). Contacted Bob (rep) about new purchase & installation & was set-up over phone for following week. I have a galley kitchen, in the center of the house & it's a bit dark, even thought there is a window in kitchen. When installer (Mike) arrived, he surveyed the area where we wanted it installed. However due to the 2 roof lines meeting, this placement might cause some leakage & he explained the issues. He suggested a different placement of solar-tube. He showed us placement in kitchen ceiling, as well as attic & outside roof area. We agreed w/his professional expertise & placement of unit. He placed drop cloths down on floor & counter-tops & began work. Even w/the heat & humidity of the day,,, the attic temp. was brutal, he completed the work in about 1 1/2 hrs. We had the 14" unit w/night light installed. It is AMAZING how much light this brings into our kitchen. The darkest area is now even lite & I don't have to turn on the ceiling light to make a pot of coffee. We would definitely recommend these solar-tubes & especially the SOLAR REFLECTIONS company.

Went well,  Installer arrived a few minutes before scheduled time.  He used drop cloths in area where the work was to be done.  He explained the process of how it gets installed & showed me [via a template] where the opening would be in my celiing & roof before he did any cutting.  Once discussed & agreed, he began the work.  Because I purchased a unit w/both light & vent, he was not able to connect the electric for them.  That was explained to me, by the sales rep, prior to me even purchasing the units.  I had already set-up for an electrician to connect the vent & light kits.
He was very neat & cleaned up once finished.  He went over the instructions for the electrical connections & said my electrician can contact the company if he had any issues.   Entire install took approx 2 hours.

Great. This is the 3rd Solatube skylight we had Solar Reflections install for us in our house.It is unbelievable how much light these little units put into a room.
Bob, the owner did the first 2 (14 inch) units himself several years ago, and last year we had another one installed by one of his staff. It went very well also.. I would highly recommend these people. They have a showroom in Oakdale where you can see the units and how much light they supply.
The work/craftsmanship these people did was excellent.

It went very well. We have used this company before. The current installation was at a vacation house. We had previously installed 2 solartubes in our own house and 2 in a house we owned prior to this one. The work was done on time and very professionally. Please note that Solar Reflections does not do the electrical part so you need to see to this either on your own or through an electrician. You will love having a solar tube in your house! They provide so much light and we have never had a problem with any of them

The owner himself performed the service next day. Very prompt. It only took about a half an hour and he did all the work from the outside. Her was courteous and an overall great guy. Would definitely use this company again.

They came on time and had all the information available. The worker was very pleasant and neat as well. So far everything has gone well; we haven’t had any leaks so far. We are satisfied with the work!

Robert Callis contacted my roofer and coordinated the installation with him. The job went very smooth and was done very well.
