Great! I called when the work needed to be completed. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time and was and always is courteous. Job was completed to above my satisfaction.

A very unsatisfactory experience. Employee seemed to lack basic knowledge. No receipt or bill was provided & the request was for a check made out to cash. No response whatsoever to a request to return & correct something that was done incorrectly.

RAINDROP IS FAMILY RUN AND IS VERY RELIABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE THERE TO DO THE JOB. I DO NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM ANYMORE, THEY JUST COME AND DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
