Throughout the course of the renovation, Mike and his crew were consummate professionals. They arrived reliably on time, were courteous, respectful, and demonstrated excellent work habits. The team worked five days each week and occasionally on Saturdays. We had daily reviews with Mike concerning progress, suggestions, requirements, and any related inspections. The process from planning to completion went very smoothly without any major complications. Mike and his crew made the remodeling job a positive experience, and we wouldn't hesitate hiring Michael James Contracting in the future.

The total kitchen renovation was the best investment done by true professionals from beginning to end. The owner Michael Ziccardo is very personable, patient, and strives to please. He coordinated all aspects of the job, including the electric, plumbing, and tile work so that the project would be completed in a timely fashion. All the workers were diligent in every detail and I trusted everyone enough to leave them alone while I went to work. I highly recommend this business and hope to secure them again for a future bathroom renovation.

This company's owner, Mike Z., is the best. He is fair, trustworthy and very friendly. Once, my family and I went on vacation and we trusted Mike and his team to do all their work in our home when we were gone. I highly recommend Mike and his company. THE BEST!!!

Fabulously!! Mike and his crew are extremely easy to work with and are honest and neat. At times I have changed my mind midstream about what exactly I wanted done, and Mike would just take it in stride and accommodate what I wanted. I cannot praise him and his crew enough. I have recommended him many times to friends, who have also recommended him to their friends. Everyone has always been completely satisfied. He is a gem!

Mike and his team are excellent to work with. He pays close attention to detail, is extremely reliable and is very professional to work with. He was able to complete the job within the timeframe he expected and cleaned up each day so we could continue to live in our home during the renovation. We will definitely have him back for any future renovations we may consider!

Excellent workmanship and craftsmanship. His crew was always on time and professional. Mike took the time everyday to make sure the project was being done to our satisfaction and to make sure we didn't have any changes. He always welcomed any changes we had throughout the projects to make sure the outcome was exactly what we wanted. We are always please to recommend Mike whenever possible. 2 close family members also hired Mike to do $100,000+ complete renovations on their homes after seeing the amazing work he did here.

Mike takes genuine pride in his craftsmanship. He consulted with me to understand my needs and made recommendations that fit within my budget. He walked me through all the phases of my homes improvements so I had a complete understanding of the total job. I am amazed at how different my home looks; like a brand new house! In addition, neighbors approached me to compliment the level of workmanship, work ethic and cleanliness of his crew. I highly recommend Mike for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. He and his team will do right by you!
