horrible, after receiving a deposit he advised me the deck for the balcony would be an extra, and that because the proposal only states "a" door i would only receive a single unit door unless i paid to replace the single unit he installed, and his beams turned out to inadequate and the posts were not located on any bearing members below so i had to pay another contractor to fix everything. he appeared to be a good guy, friendly and professional until I handed him a deposit check.
