Conrad is knowledgeable, professional and a good guy. His work was excellent and I would hire in again without hesitation.

When Conrad came, he promptly determined that the motor and a wire had burned out.  He called the manufacturer and confirmed that our motor was under warranty!!  He then ordered the parts that were needed, gave us an estimate for him to come back to do the repairs and told us to call him when the parts were delivered to us.  He kindly e-mailed us the shipping company's information, so that we could track the shipment. The parts promptly arrived at our home, the beginning of the next week.  We called him to set up a date for him to fix the treadmill, and he was here the same week.  He fixed the treadmill, and we are now enjoying its use once again.  Everything that Conrad promised, he delivered exactly as he said and all went smoothly.  He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of his business, and he gave us tips on how we could better take care of our treadmill.  He services all types of fitness equipment.  We will definitely use him again when needed, and we would recommend him to anyone who needed this type of repair service.
