I called and emailed this company several times. I never got a response. I decided to call one final time and Conrad answered. He said it would cost $250 for him to come to my apartment to assess the problem, to which I agreed. We made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Conrad never showed up, never called, never emailed, and never answered my call when I called Wednesday at 4pm to see where he was. He mentioned that he is the "owner-operator" every chance he got (about 4 times on our 5 minute phone call), so I actually expected some professionalism. I did not get it.
Description of Work: I needed a treadmill repaired in NYC.
