I am on some kind of program so I have no choice to terminate. If I had a choice, I would not use them again. They can send better, professional employees. I contacted them many times to let them know about anything.

They took care of the problem. I haven't yet followed up with them. I think I should be talking with them soon. It's time to take a look at the bait around the house. They will call me to schedule an appointment for that to see if we captured any termites.

It took them a whole day and they came back a few weeks later for another day of fumigation. Just one technician came out and scheduling was just fine.

I was extremely pleased with the person that came here. I think he did a good job but we will find out. I hope that he did a good job because we had an unwanted visitor here. There wasn't anything I didn't like. They got here pretty quickly. He said he would be here between 9 and 11 and he was here at 9:15.

They are pretty reliable. If I have problems they come out the same day or within the week.

I've used them for years. They are excellent and I've had no problems with them. They're fine because I don't have any bugs. The price is good. The quality, punctuality, and professionalism are great. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are good and do what I need.

The exterminators who came were fairly unprofessional and did things I could have done myself. It didn't really seem to have an impact. One of the guys used a chemical that smelled throughout the entire apartment building. I'm sure that maybe I should have specified something that smells but I've used them in another state before and never had that problem. I don't know what's going on with Orkin here, but I would never use them again. If the product had not been problematic then the price would have been fine. Their only response when I called was to bring someone else out and spray more chemicals.
