Declan and his crew were timely, efficient, and honest. And, the craftsmanship is top-notch! I cannot recommend them highly enough! He did not try to upsell us on more costly repairs/renovations, but instead worked with our budget to give us the best possible end result. Both the front and the back porches look beautiful!!!! And, they are much more structurally sound than they were previously (parts of the steps were actually falling apart).
He didn't just BandAid the steps but instead took the time to make sure they were fixed properly before adding the stonework. And, his prices were very fair. He had the work done ahead of schedule and was onsight each day to supervise. We so appreciated his attention to detail and his ability to help us think ahead into the future. He suggested some ways in which we could address current hardscape issues, and was absolutely willing to work with us to complete this in baby steps so that it remains within our budget. Not many contractors would be so forthright and honest.

Declan is the name of the owner of the company. I got five different estimates and he had the best price. I usually do not go by price because I go by recommendations. A few people in the area recommended him and he also gave me places I could go look at in the neighborhood. He even let us go to the stone yard with him and pick up our own stones. A lot of the bluestones were blue. We did not want that. We wanted the brown and the rust because that is the color of our siding and our new front door. We wanted them to match. We picked up every single stone. He was very patient with us. We went to actually three different stone yards. He had great prices. We were very happy with them.
