Arrived on the date and time as promised. Went straight to work, and finished the job quickly, and efficiently. Also attached their leader to my own aluminum leader extensions so as to allow rain water to move away from my corral. At no extra charge.

James was late due to a problem with his truck, however he stayed until the work was done (8;30PM), As I periodically would go outside to check on their progress I noticed that they took great care and pride in their work. Jim said one thing to me during the job that made a real impression on me "the work has to be at least as good as what I would do on my own home or I will re-do it myself until it is". I actually saw an example of that where they had cut a 12' long board about 1/4" too short, they could have used caulking and screws to close the seam but instead they cut a new board. That shows pride in workmanship.
James had to come back for the skylight as the re[pair was about 95% effective but not 100% although it was a 90 minute drive, he made it a point to return within a few days and the repair is now 100% to my satisfaction.
James was easy to work with and showed great customer service, I would use him again and feel very comfortable to recommend him.

Came when they said and did what they said they would do. The were very pleasant and did a great job cleaning up. It has been quite a while since the work was done, and there have been absolutely no problems.

Have use the Gutter Guy for the past 5 years, even recommended him to my mom. The last several times he has cleaned the gutters his crews have left messes in my cutouts, on my porch and on my new siding. We complained about this several times in the past and had to stop using him after this spring due to its continuation. To clean a 30FT straight run for my mom he charged her almost the same amount he charged us for our entire house which has about 5x the gutters.

"I try to give the best service I can . I am always willing to go back and take care of problems I tried to contact customer a number of times and never had a returned call. We did receive two complaints the first was the third year of service and I had my guys go back and clean up better. The second was the cancelation and I was not given the chance to solve the issue. The cost for his mothers house was because it was a back porch that was metal and could not be steped on the roof had a lot of channels in it and took a long time to clean gutters also had guards on them so cleaning was not as easy as doing there house which was explained to there mother. That is the reason for the price difference. To sum it up I always try to make customer happy as in any buisness with workers mistakes are made but if given the chance we make it better . I have been in buisness 13 years and no legit complaints filed against my company. If checked with consumer protection in new city ny I do not have any complaints on file that's a great record."
