This was the first time I have used this vendor, and I was extremely pleased with my interactions with them.  Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful.  I had torn the side view mirror off of my car New Year's eve on a snowy driveway in the woods.  The shop gave me an estimate which matched exactly the cost of the job.  Once I agreed, they ordered the new mirror, and painted it before calling me in for an appointment.  Once I came in they were able to install the mirror very quickly while I waited, so the whole process was quick and easy (much appreciated as the weather was snowy with snow deep enough to have the plows out clearing the streets).  I learned that they use top quality paint, which is environment friendly, and they do everything with an extra measure of care.  While waiting I met an acquaintance who has all his auto repairs done there, and we shared enthusiastic commentary on what a great shop this is.  They are honest, charge a reasonable fee for work they do, which includes a strong measure of extra care.  I am now planning to give them a shot at my regular mechanical repairs in addition to bodywork.  They are conveniently located in downtown Nyack. 

Mike did a fantastic job! The body work is perfect. He knows cars in and out, so checked entire car for damage as he knows how cars are built and respond in an accident. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain how the repairs would happen. He is on the side of the car owner, which is important since a lot of the work is paid for by insurance companies. He didn't cut corners to get their business. And he handled everything with the insurance company. We didn't have to do any fighting with them! I wish I had to gone to him for our other car damaged in an accident. Eight months later and I am still fighting the insurance company. You won't be disappointed in their work!
