He is a very careful worker. It went very well. He was prompt he is a very good technician.

In both cases,
He responded to a request for quotations in reasonable times (2 events)
Where required, he erected safety scaffolding and worked alone.
When jobs were finished, the sites were cleaned. All debris was handled by him.
Because he is a civil engineer (NYS Professional Engineer), he is very cognizant
of building codes and applied them as needed on his jobs.
His versatility shows up in a wide variety of work from building a new facility to just repairing a roof..
