We've had them for a new furnace and a new hot water heater. In both of those circumstances they were very attentive to us. They came up that day when we needed assistance in both the furnace and hot water heater. I like that they have a 24 hour emergency service and that when you call that number you get a human and not a recording. They are able to get a technician if they don't have any other calls. They usually are right within the time frame they say they will be. Our hot water heater incident happened on a Saturday and we had the new on installed by Monday afternoon. To me that's very quick. The guys took the old one away. They were very thorough and professional, that's why I like them. I think their price is in the ball park of things.
