Jack got back to me promptly and came over and set traps that same day. He has been back twice to check the traps. He is professional, honest, straightforward and he knows his profession.

Fantastic. Jack returned my call immediately, and came right when he said he would - to the minute! - the next day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He inspected the area, told me what the problem was, treated it immediately and let me know what to do to prevent further problems, all at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him highly to anyone. (I had previously called Terminix, with which we have a termite inspection contract, and they didn't call back for over a week. When they finally did, they said it would cost $600 to continue treating!)

I looked up exterminators on Angie's List and wanted someone local, none of the big firms. I called Jack and he answered first ring. I explained what was needed and he came within an hour. He knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem right away. From now on, he's our guy.

Great, called on 4th of July weekend, got a call back the next day and was willing to come out on the 4th. Took care of the wasp nest and guaranteed it to work. Its a tough job, but he does it right!

Jack Koomen, the owner, was on time which was very appreciated.  He has a cordial, professional demeanor.   He saw that the damage wasn't recent ( my landscaper spotted it when pruning) and suggested I keep an eye on the area to make sure the squirrel had left the premises.  I intend to do that and will call him with any pest problems in the future.

Very well. Came on time. Told me how he would get rid of them and they never came back. Found another area where wasps were trying to build a hive and he came back the next business day and sprayed. Will use again for my termite inspection.

Excellent.  He arrived early, removed the nest, and sprayed a few other areas around the house.
Jack was professional and a pleasure to deal with.  Although I hope the problem is gone, I certainly would call him again.

Jack was very professional. He came when he said he would. He checked around and did find more stuff. He put some drops around and powder and he said to call in a few days and he would have to put some more stuff down. We did need to call him again and he came right over. I did have to call again. We still have some. But they are definitely getting better. One or two here and there. I am hoping to rectify this before winter. He is a good businessman.

He used environmentally friendly powder on the nest and removed it. He also found another nest around my chimney and removed it and no additional costs. He guaranteed that if the nests returned within the 2014 season he would come back and remove them. He was very professional, answered and returned calls promptly, and was very pleasant. His prices were very good.

If I could give A+++ he would receive it .  He answered the phone when I called and was at my home in 15 minutes.  He is so experienced he resolved the problem.  He said he would come back for several days at 11:00AM and was promptly there.

|I have used other Angie's list services, and all have been excellent.  But Pro-Techs is th best.

Finally he followed up with a phone call to see that everything was fine.

They have done an excellent job. I have used them prior as well.

Mice had made their way into our house after a recent roofing replacement.  Jack came by the same day I called him (on a Saturday) and thoroughly inspected the house inside and out looking for evidence of mice.  He then placed a few traps in suspicious locations he did find, all the while educating us on what he was doing (like better bait than peanut butter and why it is better).  We plan o using Jack for maintenance going forward.
We are very happy with the service provided so far.  Jack is very professional and thorough.  Also very friendly.  The kids enjoyed following him around watching him set traps.

They are very helpful, responsive, and polite.  They will come out on a weekend for emergencies if you need them to.  They are a small company.  I don't always know when they are coming so if we are not there they will only do the outside.  However, if I request them to come at a specific time to do the inside, they will.

Called the company and they were immediately responsive. Set up the appointment and they showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection outside and inside the house and indicated things we could do to prevent problems from arising in the future.

He is fantastic. He goes way and beyond what he needs to do. I like his professionalism. You can get in contact with him 24 x 7, and he comes. He is competent. He knows what he does. We nicknamed him Dr. Death, and he stays and makes sure everything gets done. He is a great guy. I have referred him many times.
