Pete has been with us forever. He has done the heating, the oil burners, anything that has to be repaired there. He checked the 6-inch chute was ok, and called the chimney repair guy to let him know everything was ok and he could go ahead with the repairs. He is very professional and very honest. If he is coming, he is coming. I had a massive emergency - I thought it was an emergency. Downstairs I have a fire alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm together. They both went off at 11pm at night. He told me to call the police too just in case, and I should get out of the house. He came at 11.15, 11.30 and it turned out it was nothing. It was actually the battery was dying on the stupid thing. That was a couple of years ago. He is excellent. I can trust him, I can leave the door open and be gone and he will take care of what needs doing. He is pretty punctual.
