They gave me an estimate promptly, but after authorizing the work it took a few weeks longer than I expected for them to actually do the work. They were generally careful and diligent in their work, but could have been better at protecting my existing deck during the work. I needed to scrub and wash it down after their work. They needed to come back a second day to finish the work, but they worked around my schedule and completed all the "punch list" items that I pointed out.
