Ceramic Tile Service
Oliva supplied a written estimate. Once agreed, he told me to buy the tile and let him know when it was delivered. Having done that, it was hard to get him on the phone after which he told me he received a big job, that he wanted my job but had to focus on the other job. He never returned additional calls. Rule 1 - never buy the materials; the contractor pays for materials. So after paying for delivery ($85), I had to rent a truck ($about 60) and load tons of tile for the return. I think I damaged my shoulder in the process. Oliva Tile is irresponsible and cannot be trusted.
