Lindstadt Seamless Gutters

Jerry Linstadt is a kind, trustworthy professional who truly cares about people. He responded to my call from out of state reporting that my elderly parents home attic fan lid was missing. Jerry promptly stated he would go that day before an approaching storm. Using “out of the box” innovation he made repairs & texted a picture of the completed project. After the fact, a neighbor reported he had used Lindstadt for new gutter installation & was equally pleased Local lawn service owner also praises Jerry as a “great guy!” THANK YOU, JERRY!

Everything went exceptionally well and was very easy. Jerry was extremely helpful and the crew was courteous, clean, and quick. They did an excellent job and my house looks much nicer!

Jerry called me back almost immediately, and sent his men to our house within a few days. He was incredibly reliable, and his men were prompt, efficient and they cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them for additional work.

Jerry responded very quickly, assessed the problem, and fixed the problem with a simple repair. He could have refused to do such a small job, or made a simple job more complicated and therefore more costly, but he didn't. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My old gutter was so bad that when it snowed I had to leave my storm door open because the door wouldn't open! I left a message for Jerry on Tues. 6-19-17 & within 10 minutes he returned my call & scheduled an appointment for that afternoon (all around my schedule!) Jerry spent at least 30 minutes explaining what needed to be done in the front & inspected the back gutters & said there was no need to replace them (other companies would gladly talk you into something you don't need, not Jerry. I pointed out two other issues (a piece of siding from the top window came off & an aluminum strip down the eave). They were fixed without additional cost! Installation was performed the next day! Jose, James & Chris all introduced them selves and went over all that Jerry & I discussed. When they arrived I was in the middle of trying to cut up a big piece of plywood for garbage, they told me that they would get rid of it (wow!) I thought about my back gutter & they replaced that at no cost! Jose put up the vinyl siding, but a was missing a piece, so he took some of my extra an cut and installed it, looks brand new! They all asked me if I had any concerns & made sure the downspouts were exactly where I wanted them ( 1 was a little to long & James immediately cut it to my satisfaction.) Removal, installation & various details including cleanup took 3 hours. I took before & after pictures (sorry I can't add all, so I'll attach 3 before & 3 after) & I'm so happy of how the house looks! I grade the company, Jerry, Jose, James & Chris an A+ all around. Could not be better. Responded immediately to call, immediate estimate, discussions about best way to do things, great installers--left grounds cleaner than before they came. Local, can call with any issue, question or problems. Results great; all water directed well away from house. Guards work like a dream.A little more costly than others but more than worth it!!!! Nice, pleasant group to work with and well known in community

Excellent.

Great company to deal with.  Estimator came within a few days, was prompt and very professional.  After comparing with another provider, we found their price competitive.  They came to do the work within a few days.  The crew was efficient and neat.  They responded to any requests I had.  The job was completed in a few hours, in spite of my adding the gutters and downspouts on my storage building at the last minute.
I cannot think of anything they could have done to improve on the job.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I found Lindstadt Gutters on Angie's list.  I called them on the weekend and left a message that I would like a quote or an estimate on a standard gutter cleaning.  A man called me back the next business day, saying that they only give estimates over the phone, which was fine by me.  I described the type of home and gutters I have and he quoted me $95 to do the cleaning.  He said he would "try to get it done this week", and would leave a bill in the mailbox when he was done.
The week goes by and nobody came to clean the gutters, which is fine.  I expected that he might have been busy that week, so I give him more time.  Another two weeks go by and there is no visit, no call back from Lindstadt Gutters.  I call and leave another message with their main office line asking them what the status was with the cleaning.  One more week goes by, but this time I do not get a call back for my message.  I try to contact them via the Angie's List site which I assume sends them an email, but several more days go by without any response.
At this point, a month after I had originally contacted them about a gutter cleaning, I would at least expect a call or a voice mail or something, if not the actual quoted service being done, which is why I am giving them a F for responsiveness and punctuality.

Update: After a month after the initial call, I noticed the gutters were cleaned and a bill was left in my mailbox, as he told me he would do.  He never called me back or returned my message and he had told me that he would "try to get it done within the week", but the job was eventually done.  I've updated the ratings I've given Lindstadt Gutter Corp. accordingly.

They've cleaned our gutters in the past without issues: they were thorough and professional. This year, we had called them to schedule an estimate to fix (not clean) our gutters. The receptionist promised that someone would return the call and schedule an appointment. This never happened- we never got a call. Instead Lindstadt showed up at our door intending to clean our gutters. The first time we were lucky enough to be home, and turned them away, saying that we would call the office because we didn't want the gutters cleaned yet, but we wanted to schedule an estimate for fixing our gutters. Today, we returned from a trip, and found a bill from Lindstadt in our mailbox. They came to our home while we were on vacation, and cleaned our gutters EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NOT HIRED THEM TO DO THE WORK. I don't think it was a communication problem: we were clear: we wanted to schedule an estimate, not to have any work done. We were clear also when we stopped them from doing the work at our house the first time they showed up. The irony is that we probably would have hired Lindstadt both to fix and clean our gutters. As it stands, we'll never use them again.

Update: Lindstadt is not charging us for the cleaning and we've been removed from the list. We have no issues with the work that they did- if you do business with this company, understand that you'll be "on the list", and could get a cleaning that you weren't expecting.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with this company. The gutter over our garage doors needed repair. Based on good reviews on Angie's List, we called Linstadt and asked that they send someone to do an inspection and give us an estimate. Within a day, we had our inspection and what we though was a very fair estimate. We agreed to replace the gutters by the garage and the rear front floor. We were told the team would be out the following week, weather permitting, and they showed up when promised.
The Linstadt crew was courteous and very professional. They removed the old gutters, installed the new ones, checked to make sure everything was working properly, and left our property in good order. The new gutters look great!
We will certainly use Lindstadt again for any similar work, and would highly recommend this firm to others looking to replace their gutters.

They did a good job. I got them on Angie's List. They did the work for me because the gutters that I had were leaking. They did very good and they were very efficient. They did the work that I needed and I was very happy with them. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
