It went well.  He was 100% professional and courteous.

He is always available for emergency. He does very good work. As for price he is expensive. I would use him in the future.

Bob's pricing was reasonable. He was nice and I liked him. The work is holding up well.

We were not happy with this plumber. We called for him to come back and fix the faucets but he never came. A leak developed so we called him to fix that. He then came out and fixed the faucets but not the leak. We had to call another plumber to fix the leak. When we called him to tell him that he hadn't fixed the leak, he gave us the impression of 'so sorry.' No offer of recompensating us for that visit beings he didn't fix what we called for.

He created an access point at the far end of the line, making future access easy to this long troublesome line.

One person showed up to do the work and it took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the way it drained. I still have not had any problems with the drain. I guess the price was OK, but not great. I would use them again if I needed to. I also liked him because he did not create a big mess in my kitchen.

We had a slow running drain that eventually became a clogged drain. My husband tried snaking it without success. Bob was called, arrived on time, tried to snake it as well and ended up having to cut a pipe in the garage that led to the sink drain. This is something we would not have been able to clear ourselves. Bob was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely have him back in our home to do more work.

I called Bob's Plumbing at 9:00am based on the reports in Angie's List. Bob said he could arrive by early afternoon. He arrived at 12:30 and went right to work. I explained my history with this drain line and asked if he could create an access to the line near the far end. He cleared the line and created the access. Exactly what I wanted. Now he's number one on my list.

I checked out several plumbers after reading about them here on Angie's list. I went with Bob, because he seemed knowledgeable and he offered some references even without my asking for them. The quality of his plumbing work is excellent, and he works very efficiently. In this particular job, he had a helper for drilling holes through the walls; I was a little disappointed in the quality of the helper's work (who I was told was an experienced and now retired construction contractor). The holes were on the messy side, and in one case much larger than necessary for the pipe. I was also a little disappointed with the quality of the post-work cleanup, but I must confess I have very high standards on cleanliness. So, if you have a job that's strictly related with plumbing, I would recommend Bob highly. If there is some construction-type work involved, you might want to discuss the job in detail beforehand.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I USE THEM ANYTIME I NEED PLUMBING WORK DONE. THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY OWNED BY A MAN AND HIS TWO SONS THAT ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

BOB IS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND HIS PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO LOCAL FRIENDS AND THEY WERE HAPPY ALSO. HE EVEN REPAIRED THE TOP TO THE WASHER MACHINE WITH NO CHARGE!

THEY ARE RELIABLE IN PROVIDING QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. HIS PRICES WERE VERY AFFORDABLE. OUT OF ALL THE PLUMBERS HE AT LEAST CALLED BACK AND DID WHAT HE SAID.
