"Thank you for your honest opinion and appreciate that you still valued our Quick and efficient services. Unfortunately the price remains the same whether you decide on the day of the removal to keep items instead of throwing them out. We initially quoted $850 for a 15 ft. dump truck. That is not to include the price of the labor but include the price of the dumpster, dump fee and taxes. the labor cost seems very reasonable especially since most of your items removed were larger heavier items both in the basement and on the second floor along with the main floor. We were able to accommodate the client by discounting up to $200 because the dump truck was not filled as expected. Nonetheless, thanks again for choosing finesse rapid removals I'm sure you'll reach out again especially during emergency removals. They always do"
