I wish there was an option for 0 stars. We are still waiting for our frameless shower since June! Came to our house twice and both times could not complete the job because of issues with measurement. No one takes ownership for mistakes, no one has contacted us for a potential completion of the job! Stay away!

I had a truly unbelievable experience with this company today. For a little background, I recently had a 7’ x 4’ x 1/2inch tempered glass shower wall explode into 100’s of pieces when (luckily) no one was even in the room at the time. I understand that although this is not common, it does occur a small percentage of time, due to inclusions that were embedded in the glass during the manufacturing process. I will also note that the glass is 8 years old. As Twin city did the original installation, I called them to review the situation and to get a replacement glass panel. Late last week, one of their technicians came, assessed the situation and told me he would review the issue with his manager and advise. Today, I received a quote for $1,400 to replace the glass with no other explanation. Subsequently, I called the business to discuss this with someone to see if I could get some relief on the quote since the glass broke spontaneously, with no impact or prior damage. I was quickly transferred to a “Manager” who immediately started talking over me, wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and was just totally rude. Within 30 seconds of taking the call, the manager, who had done most of the talking, hung up on me. I had not been aggressive or rude at all. I just wanted him to hear my story and see if there was anything he could do for me. As I was quite shocked, I called him back and he continued to be totally unprofessional and rude. He ultimately told me that he didn’t even want to do the job for me and that I should go somewhere else. When I asked what his name was, he said “Mark” and refused to give me his last name. He did tell me that he was the owner who I now know is Mark Weinholtz. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. If he had listened to my story, sympathized with my position and then told me that unfortunately there wasn’t anything he could do for me, I would have just gotten the work done. But rather than listening, he talked over me and generally didn’t care what I had to say. The worst part of this is that this guy was the owner and treated me this way. Ultimately, I guess we did agree on one thing - Twin City Glass won’t be replacing my glass shower wall. Perhaps this guy knows how to sell things to contractors and builders, but he certainly doesn’t know how to talk to the end customer or to provide customer service. I am strongly recommending that you avoid doing business with this company!

Grade would be Excellent except glass was not made exactly to specs, but they made up for it with service and other support.

The broken window was not the kind that could be removed and taken for repair.  It had to be done on-site.  For this reason, I had to contact a company that would come to me for installation.  Twin City did just that - and in that regard their service was top notch, although I had to wait two weeks for the window to come in (special order - not their fault).  The cost was much higher than I expected, but they told me that local statutes required tempered glass due to window height.  All in all, great service and good quality workmanship.

They were a pleasure to deal with....from start to finish. From the initial visit to measure and estimate to the installation yesterday things went seamlessly and in a timely fashion.
The installers were prompt, professional and meticulous.

1st. Twin City put the shower door on a right hinge, which should have been left hinge. Had to come back another day to correct. 2 nd. They lost the template for the transom window. Had to redo and return. Had to rearrange our work to schedule For Twin City mistakes. *** poor communication among Twin City staff.

They called before arriving and immediately set to work. They first removed the mirrors with no damage to the drywall underneath. Then they replaced a window in our sunroom. Everything was done quickly and with no mess.

Very good experience. Visited show room and scheduled and appointment for a measurement. They were on time and quick. They ordered the Mirror, made it to fit and installed it without a hitch. Very good job and it looks great. I have used these guys in the past and have always had good results. I highly recommend them.

The houses were built in 1950s, with a big picture type of Windows. These people were confident and competent in their work, with a lot of experience. The windows were difficult to remove and still they caused no damage to the window frames and were able to put in the windows properly, which was different than the way they were installed originally. The two-person team was very professional, there was no rushing of the work that was very positive. Companies usually do standard work with which they are familiar, but this company is always willing to do custom work, which speaks of their experience.

The salesman at their showroom was very informative and helpful in choosing our doors. When they came to install the doors, they found that the holes in one of the panels for the towel bar was drilled incorrectly. It took an additional week for them to finish the insallation.

Company responded within a couple days to examine project and I recieved estimate in mail a few days later. That was it.. the price was way too high.

The inside glass of a two sided, insulated, vinyl window broke. I wasn't even sure if such things could be repaired without replacing the entire unit, but a service man came out and measured the glass unit. A week later he returned with the new unit, (two pieces of glass bound together with the insulating space between them). Working on a ladder outside, he removed the old unit from the vinyl window frame and inserted the new unit. It took a half hour at the most. Recently, with the warmer weather and direct sunshine on the two adjacent windows, I realize that this replacement unit is not as insulating as its mate. The company said it will send someone to check this out.

We were redoing our bathroom, and the shower door we had was broken. We had an idea of what we thought we wanted. The show room was well organized, and there were many options available. We found exactly what we wanted, and it was ready in a reasonable time. We had it installed, so there was not tax. We are very happy with the door, except that about 2 years later, the weather strip at the bottom of the door is coming off. The company has said they will send a new one for us to install. Sort of a hassle.
