I looked around for a plumber in North Tonawanda, and found Tully Hardware on Angie's List. I called them and reached the owner, Kevin O'Connor. We made an appointment for him to come and see what needed to be done. He had an emergency job come up, called me about it before he was due to arrive, and we agreed that he would come 2 hours after the original appointment. I appreciated the heads up, and he was here right on time for the new appointment. He called me on the next business day, provided a detailed estimate for the work, and we scheduled an appointment for early morning a couple of days later. He and a colleague arrived right on time, brought quality parts (life time guarantee faucets from Delta), and had everything installed in about two hours. The price was exactly as quoted, and everything was spotless after the work was completed. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Went extremely well. I use Tully for all of my home plumbing needs. Showed up on time, finished in less than an hour, and cleaned up afterwards. Could not be happier!

Kevin arrived at the promised time, was friendly and professional.  He quickly found the issue, a dirty sensor, cleaned it and had my furnace working in no time.  He checked over the rest of the hvac system and charged a fair price!  I would have no problem recommending him to others.

My family has used them for a while.  They are pretty reasonable and fairly reliable.  They are trustworthy and competent.  They do a lot of different things, like plumbing, gas lines, etc.  I would recommend that they are reasonable and do a good job.  I will continue to use them in future

Called this company twice to have a sink installed.  Scheduled a visit on two separate occasions, and appointment was cancelled both times, with only a few hours' notice.  Was willing to reschedule once due to positive reviews, but will not be contacting this company any longer.

Mr. O'Connor responded quickly when I needed a new water heater. He recommended a replacement that met our hot-water demands and provided an estimate. Mr. O'Connor arrived at the agreed-upon time and completed the job quickly and well. He answered all my questions and I am satisfied with the work. I will call him again for plumbing needs in the future.

Perfect, as always with this contractor. I have had him do several jobs including adding a water-pressure backup sump pump and he does great work for a good price professionally within a few days of you asking. I highly recommend this guy!

He is excellent! He is one of the more reasonable companies in town! He helped me get a rebate for my hot water heater.

Kevin and his assistant were great, from start to finish cutting out the old galvanized water supply lines to installing the new copper lines. They worked the entire day from 8AM to 6:30PM leaving only for a short period of time for lunch and actually ASKED if they could return on Saturday to complete the job. It took longer than they had anticipated but it was due to the fact that it is an old house and they did not have easy access to the lines in the walls.

It was good overall.

I have used Tully Houseworks services for years. They deserve a gold star for their quality of work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them as an honest and hard working company.
