THE CUTTING EDGE LANDSCAPING

When we first had them come out for an estimate,  they were very cooperative and we worked out a deal. We saw work performed by them at other houses and were satisfied. At end of project I noticed a paver that neede replacement and called Jeff. He said it was getting late in year and better off waiting until the spring. We waited and called in spring to set up appointment and none of our calls were returned. We called on his cell and company web phone numerous times. Finally I called and he answered but was caught off guard, I assume because he acted suprised to hear from me. I reminded him of the simple replacement he promised and he said he would do it in a couple weeks and everything would be fine and would give me extra pavers. I also want to have him put in a new walkway. (That will never happen)  That was a month and a half ago. I persistantly called and was gracious on phone saying to please at least make new arrangements because I can understand he has other work. Still no call back from him. I know he is hearing my messages because that is how he gets his business. I plan on replaceing the paver myself and doing over some polymeric sand. I will get a different contractor (T and R Landscaping) to do my new walkway. I am totally disappointed with this company for it's poor customer service, so be very carefull about choosing them because if there is an issue on warranty work forget it. Shame on Jeff and Joe. There are plenty of other paver companies out there to choose from. T and R landscaping in orchard park was my second choice only because of price I would recommend them . I waited almost a year for results so trust me on this review.

The Cutting Edge Landscaping does superior work. We worked with them closely, and they were very responsive to what we needed for our almost acre property. They did the work in two weeks, which was quick considering we have a newly built, virgin lawn.
