Anthony (repairman) was fabulous! Polite, kind, knowledgeable, in and out quickly, had part on the truck and put machine back in place and leveled machine. Definitely would recommend and use again.

He arrives when he says he will arrive and I always get an appointment quickly.  He has saved me from buying new appliances many times.  I have referred him to at least 3 people who have also used him.  Excellent!

First Vic called about 20 minutes before arrival as promised. Vic was polite and considerate when he arrived. First he checked the washing machine and showed me the problem was the transmission (oil and debris were present) he indicated that it was better to replace the machine than repair it. He also made some suggestions for replacement based on my needs. He advised me that I did not need to rush right out today as it was still agitating some. Then he went to look at the stove, I explained what had happened to clog the burners (container with bacon grease leaked) and the extensive attempts I had made to clean them. Vic was able to get one working but it still needed to be lit with a flame source rather than the self light. He was able to get 3/4 of the large burner working. He explained that they might improve over time from the heat or he could order the parts and replace them (he does not charge a service call to return). He let me decide what worked best for me. I decided that I was good with the improvement and would determine down the road if I wanted the burners replaced. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism and would hire him again.
