I learned that in addition to Overhead door products, Ridge also does maintenance on other brands, including Craftsman. They made an appointment to come the next day, the gentleman was punctual, and completed the work promptly. I have had no problems with the door since. The total price was $75, so I was very pleased

The crew was very nice and very quick. They explained the new garage door opener to me very well. Have no complaints, they did an excellent job.

My wife and I recently built a home. When we contacted Al he didn't try to sell us over the phone or up sell anything. He asked what we wanted, helped us remain in our budget, and was available on 4 separate occasions to talk with us about questions/concerns. He even reached out to inform us that a selection we made had the potential to be an aesthetic issue with the design of the rest of the house. Not only was he correct, he was very polite and professional. Never in any of our conversations did Al or Mike put the business first. We alway felt like the priority and the work the service they provided was exceptional. We were so happy, we are having them replace a garage door for my mother.

Good product, installed within 2 days of calling, which was faster than any other company could do. Price was about the same as everybody else. Only went with these guys because they were fast, not because I was able to save money with them.

The contractor arrived promptly and performed the teardown of the old door and installation of new door by himself. He also installed a garage door opener which has been a lifesaver and great new convenience. I was impressed on how quickly the job was done and the professional expertise he displayed in his work. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone interested in a new garage door and/or opener.

I called this company as I saw them on Angie's List. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and set me up with an appointment as soon as they could. She had already given me the feeling that I was hiring the right people. I would be at work that day, so I left the mandoor of the garage open, when I came home from work, it was all fixed. A very resonsible bill followed in the mail that next week. It could not have been more and quot;hassle free.and quot; I wrote down their phone number on my inner door and will call them for any future needs, and would suggest them to anyone.
Prior to calling them, and signing up for Angie's list, I had several bad home repair experiences as I did not select the correct companies. When I called Overhead Door of North Tonawanda, it was so they can repair what another worker from a different company did wrong, and stuck me with.The other company left my door with a very loud ear piercing sound when it went down, ciggarette butts on my garage floor, a pile of and quot;spare partsand quot;on the ground, and a bill. When I called to complain, he said he was going to come back, and blew me off three times. I am not a garage door expert, but I could see that one side did not match the other, and it was not level-my door did not have those issues before.
Sometimes you have to learn the hard way, I wished I had called Overhead of N.T. first, but now I can appreciate the professionalism I received from them, it was a refreshing chance of pace.

We were having a problem with the opener this company had installed previously. In fairness, it was past the warranty period (I believe the opener was between one and two years old). The door would partly open and then close again, so the door was difficult to open or close, and we thought it was a problem with the device. Although it had been happening for some time, we thought the problem was that the kids were bumping the electronic eyes, but the problem got worse over time. Turns out that the problem was it had not been installed correctly, and the wires in the opener button in the house were not taped correctly, The bare wires were touching, causing the problem - but it didn't happen all the time. The service person was polite, and refused to charge us during his visit because it was obviously an installation problem, and said he would speak with the owner. We received a bill for the service call a week later anyway ($65 for the service call; no parts, as they only taped two wires). On the invoice it now says wires "came loose", when in fact it was never right. I'm happy our house did not have a fire from the shoddy electrical work, but am not happy we had to be charged their full service call price, even though it was past warranty. A call to the company was not returned.

Initially was shopping at Lowes but also decided to get a quote through Overhead Door of N. Tonawanda as well. I was very glad I did, despite a 10% + 15% discount through Lowes, this company was still cheaper for the same exact make and model of garage door. Though it took a few weeks for the door to come in, it was an uncommon width, the installation went perfectly and we love our new garage door with no fuss. Great communica tion on keeping us up to date on when the door would be delivered.

It's been over a year now and still working wonderfully. The highly rated insulation makes a very noticeable difference, the windows we had put in made the space feel much more open as well by bringing in some much needed light. The door is perfectly level and made a fantastic seal with the floor, no more draft.

We sold our house and 8 days before the closing our garage door broke (I think my husband broke it :-)). Frantically I called Overhead door in NT on a recommendation from my cousin. They came out and gave it to me straight. There was nothing I could do to salvage the old opener. It was very old and obsolete. They layed out my options and I had them replace the opener completly. They understood my sense of urgancy and had it fixed right away. They were professional and fair- I would defanitly use them again.

The serviceman was very professional. He quickly fixed the current problem and offered recommendations for the problem I was having with the door opener. I used the information and was able to correct my problem. He was correct in the probable cause and did not try to oversell me.

They came when they said they would come; quickly and neatly replaced the opener. I forgot to ask for a keypad entry. When I called the company, it was not a big deal to come back and install one at a reasonable price.

Service was very good, door now works good.

I was pleased with the service, and I would recommend them to other people. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was done in a short amount of time. They are very reliable, and their prices are reasonable too. They did a good job and there were no problems.
