They are friendly and helpful. They offer call backs and follow up the animal. They also refer anything they are not able to handle. Overall, they have an A. I am also going to use them in the future.

Dr. Jim was very gentle and kind in how he evaluated our 1yr dogs hurt hind leg. He was also very good at fully explaining what he thought was wrong after they took xrays. We will be going back for surgery that will probably cost around $2000. At this point I wish I had pet insurance for this accident.

They are the large multi-vet group that has extended hours. There are evening and weekend hours and emergency hours. They have great availability. My kitten is doing much better. Their punctuality is okay because I do need to wait a while. I would continue to go back to them in the future.

Call when the dog became ill, they got us in right away. The Veterinarian check the dog and then took her into back room for blood work. Gave us medicine to give her and asked us to please call to let them know how she was doing. The medicine did its job and the dog did get better. Every time we called with a question Dr. Mike was very nice and took the time to answer every question.

From the first moment I brought her in they were concerned with her comfort and my questions -they didnt try to push me to do anything I was not comfortable with. Dr Jim answered all of my questions and kept me informed during Nikitas surgery.When all said and done pine woods did a great job and much less that others would have charged.LOVE PineWoods!

They do a good job and there are never any problems. Whenever I can't go to my main veterinarian, I go to them. They are always friendly and they answer all of my questions. They are reasonable priced as well and the staff really knows their stuff.

Dr. Mike is great. We really like him. The other vets are also very good that work in his practice. I think Dr. Petrillo is also very good. The prices are reasonable. I do not feel we are overcharged. We certainly get our money's worth and we are not looking to switch practices any time in the near future.
