The experience was fine. Overall, it was fine. Unfortunately, I feel like he really didn't look through my needs. I told him specifically I want main language in the contract. It was prepared and it was because of the many phone calls trying to fix things that needed to be fixed. The end result was that I sold my property and he did his job and it was done. He was fine. I wish he could have been better. The price was high for the amount of work. He always responded.

He was with M. J Peterson and I am selling my house through them. I have used them twice. He is great. I have no complaints. He was very patient with me and very helpful. He showed me over a 32 houses before I bought my house. He is good for the first time home owners.
