Hardwood Flooring Service
My wife and I contracted Niagara hardwoods for a new family room floor on March 28, 2022. We left a large deposit of $2478. With the installation date of May 25, 2022. On April 20 they left a message on our phone that there was an error on our invoice and it would be more money. We both were upset but agreed to give them $500 more than agreed amount. On April 22, 2022 they left another message that they could no longer do the floor because of a backorder on the material. After calling the manufacturer rep there was no such thingAs a backlog on the material and plenty was available in the area. They lied to us to get out of the contract so I’m letting all you people know that they could do this to you and to be careful. Good luck
