Contractor is a father/son team and they performed the work very professionally and timely. Have had a chance to monitor the work site since the job was completed and everything appears to be working properly without any signs of leaks or backup of water in the laundry sink during periods of heavy rain.

I am a single first-time homeowner of a few years and never needed to reach out to a plumber before. I left a message for Marty in the morning to check out seepage from a pipe in my back yard. It was very easy communicating with him via voice messages including a quick callback. We picked the date and time that week and they arrived right on time.
Marty was prepared with various tried and trusted tools necessary to take proper care of the property when doing what needs to be done to work through the pipes. Marty and son were so professional, kind and informational the whole time. Soon into the work he could tell that this was going to require some additional patience and TLC to work through the problem. Although I was nervous, a couple hours later all my worries were gone and he really saved the day for me.
The price was awesome, I cant afford much and I was really nervous about how much it would cost me. Marty doesn't use new techie gadgets like cameras to do his job. Marty is so knowledgeable, his talent and expertise supersedes that. And to my benefit, that overhead doesn't exist to push down to his customer. In a pluming emergency, I was really at their mercy to tell me any story and charge whatever they want. His price and work was so fair and reasonable.
Down to the final goodbye Marty was kind and professional. His payment process was perfect for my needs. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone.

We went with Marty Hall because the previous owner of our home used him and loved his personal service. We called him multiple times with a leaky-pipe issue and he never returned our calls. Eventually his voicemail filled up and we still didn't hear back. We got in touch with him thru friends. He was very apologetic, showed up unannounced one day, and fixed the issue for free. We were very impressed and thought he would start returning our calls from that point on. But the issue reoccurred about 3 months later, and once again he didn't return our calls. It has been 3 months since we called him (multiple times during the week, emphasizing that the issue was urgent because water was pouring through our ceiling) and he still has not called us back.

We first called Marty Halls Plumbing because the toilet didn't work. He found the problem was collapsed pipes under the house. The whole job only took one day. He is the only service provider we've hired who finishes what they start.
