We called at 7pm on Tuesday night and left a message. Then he called back the next morning and made an appointment for later that afternoon. He called and stated he would be at the house within half an hour and he was. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was done in approximately half an hour. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing, almost like a dentist explaining each step of the process to get your teeth cleaned. Then gave us quotes for additional work. Very nice man.
