My experience was very good. He was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to give me an online portfolio of the inspection.

We've utilized him for seven years. We've used him for everything that has gone wrong with our 175-year-old home. He's excellent at tackling things that are a mystery. A lot of handymen will not work on an older home because when you open up a wall, you don't know what you are going to find and he is very good about that. He has also been very good about giving estimates and sticking to them if we needed them. He is extremely thorough so he may call because he gets stuck at other jobs but if it is an emergency he will be there. To me that is a good indication of how hard he works at things.
