"Thank you for reaching out and making us aware of your experience. It sounds like we arrived within the two hour time range that we gave you, and completed the job for you. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the price, but we quote every job prior to coming and we do not indicate how long each job is going to take because we never know. We do not reduce the price based on how much time we spend there. We send 2 man teams to complete all our gutter cleanings and we use installers to do them for us. You are paying for professional gutter installers to diagnose any issues that they find. We also use water and flush the gutter system. This is something most companies do not do, we just happen to be very efficient at it so we do our job quickly and at a high-level. I'm sorry the bags were not put where you thought they should be but I'm sure the guys would've moved them had you asked them to. We don't have room on our trucks to dispose of everybody's debris as some have multiple bags and we just do not have the space so we always leave them by the customers garbage. This is usually not a problem for most, and I'm sorry you were disappointed."

"We are very sorry to hear [Member Name Removed]that you feel you were "scammed". This was obviously not our intention as illustrated by our 4 points of customer contact that each GUTTERKING customer received/receives (including you). Here it is in a condensed form: #1 - Customer calls for an estimate and tells us exactly what they need an estimate for and we type it into the computer under a record created especially for that customer. In your case for example: Whole house gutters and downspouts and 40 feet of white right side gable fascia trim. #2 - GUTTERKING estimator meets with customer and goes over what customer needs and gives customer an estimate before he leaves complete with drawings and arrows and checked boxes and descriptions as well as price. In your case for example: Whole house gutters and downspouts with 40 feet of right side gable fascia trim. #3 - GUTTERKING installers go out to job site with estimate in hand and BEFORE doing any work they go over the proposed job with the customer. In your case for example: Whole house gutters and downspouts and 40 feet of right side gable fascia trim. #4 - AFTER job is completed and BEFORE installers leave customer looks over job BEFORE paying installers. [Member Name Removed], you called a month after job was completed and started accusing all of us of being scammers. From the person who answered the phone and set up the estimate to the estimator AND the installers. I can assure you [Member Name Removed], It has NEVER and will NEVER be our practice to "scam" customers! In addition, I do not believe we would still be in business after 27 years if we were out to "scam" our customers. All of my employees have been with me for a long time and are completely honest, even to the point of losing money! We all believe in business that honesty is the best policy when it comes to referrals and repeat business. (As stated in our numerous positive reviews on Angies List, [Redacted and [Redacted].) So when you did call 30 days after job completion accusing us of being scammers we told you nicely to check your estimate copy/work order copy so you could see we did what was asked for but you said you lost it and hung up on us. [Member Name Removed], If you would like a copy of the estimate and work order that you lost to verify that we did what was discussed each of the 4 times we talked to you just let us know and we will be happy to send it to you. Thanks for your input, Nick Liolos (owner and person who set the estimate up for you/typed it into computer)"

It was the only estimate we got. There were parts that were still clogged for me, but the gutters were clean.
"Thanks for the positive review [Member Name Removed]! Yes, we came out and cleaned and flushed your house gutters for $179 and your garage gutters for $30. When looking at a copy of your inspection report that we left at your home it does in fact say that your underground drains are clogged. You would need to call a sewer and drain cleaning company such as Roto-Rooter to snake out your underground drains. Please call us if you have any questions!! Thanks so much!"

"Customers deicing system was installed as per manufacturers instructions/guidelines. In our 27 years in business we have ALWAYS honored our work and backed all of our guarantees and will continue to do so for all of our customers. All of this was explained to Customer again on the two additional times we went out to his property (in response to his calls) to address his concerns after the installation. If we did not value our customers after the sale and if we did not honor our work we would not have done this. Customer was told by us that his problem was not gutter related. The roofer that Customer called reiterated to him that the problem was with the drip edge and not the roof, gutter or heat cable. As we have already proven, we will respond to any questions or concerns that any customer might have about his/her installation (now and in the future) in a timely manner."
"We were scheduled to come out and install some gutter for you for $337 When our installers came, they determined that your gutter didn't need to be replaced and charged you our minimum for a cleanup which they determined to be the cause of your leaking. We charged you $90, and thought we were doing you a favor and being honest, saving you $247. We never heard back from you saying that your problem wasn't solved. We would have been happy to investigate further into your problem had you given us the opportunity. Our employees are the reason we have been so successful as a business and we would never laugh at a customer, so I am quite certain you misinterpreted their actions"
