Mr. Czubinski arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He did a very thorough inspection of the home, from top to bottom, inside and outside. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The inspection took about 4 hours to complete, which was longer than I had expected but that was a good thing! I have had home inspections before, and there was no comparison. I hesitate to call what I had before an inspection after experiencing an inspection from this company. The report was ready the next day and was presented by Mr. Czubinski. The report was in a binder with color pictures of problem areas and an explanation of each problem. He went through the entire report explaining in it clear terms and answering any questions. Never did he seem rushed or impatient. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything that he was saying. It was an excellent service and excellent value.
