He is awesome! I leave it up to him to come when he wants. His timing is always on target.. I even gave him a raise, when he didn't ask for any. It is difficult to actually talk to him, so I leave him notes.

Chad Tag comes regularly and cleans up after himself. He takes the grass clippings with him or leaves them at the curb for our garbage man. He has put mulch down for me. He comes every Wednesday at the same time. He is very trustworthy and responsible
