BEAVER LAWN CARE

Did not go well!!!!

Beaver lawn care came to us because he bought the business that we were using, so we kept him on. The price was always very fair, but the last few years, the workmanship became terrible. We had purchased a new pool for the backyard, and the first week after it was installed, one of his crews, hit the pool and broke off a top piece of the support wall. They left without saying a word. Needless to say, when you spend 4500.00 on a pool and to walk outside and see a broken piece, you're not very happy. We called Steve, and maybe 2 days later, he called us back and told us to find out how much the repairs would be and he knocked it off our bill. It went downhill from there. A few weeks later, I found a dent in the side wall of the pool. Again I called and it was days later that he returned our call. But the last straw was they kept hitting the bark of and evergreen I had planted and it was causing it to die. I finally had to put tomato cages around it to keep them away. The sad part of all this, is we used them for 7 years, and up until the last few years, everything was fine. I don't know if he had to keep finding new people to do the work, because I didn't recognize any of his crew. We finally told him not to come back and bought our own riding mower. I found out my neighbor fired him as her driveway plower because the job wasn't performed correctly.

Beaver Lawn Care put a flyer in our door, and we hired them through that. This is our first year getting them, and we will probably use them next year. Their work is good. I really don't have any contact with them to know about their professionalism.
