The driver was courteous and friendly, and the car was spotless inside and out. They tracked the flight in case of an early or late arrival, which provided great peace of mind. I was dropped off at the airport by Don, the owner, who carried my bags, was punctual, and professional. I looked into several car services and A Touch of Class was without question the best price. I could not have been happier with the experience from beginning to end. I am returning to Buffalo in a week and have booked another ride to and from the airport. I would recommend A Touch of Class to anyone seeking a car service in Buffalo and surrounding areas with exemplary customer service.

Don's car service is terrific. He and his drivers are always on time, professional and careful drivers. The cars are spotless and comfortable. The price is reasonable. Both my wife and I travel for business and are using his service two-three times a month.

The lady that I spoke to on the phone when I made the reservation was very helpful and followed up with a confirmation e-mail. My parents flight was delayed by 2 hours but the driver was at the airport waiting for them when they arrived. The driver (Don) helped them with their bags, gave them lots of information on the area and even stopped at a store so they could get snacks for the hotel. The car was immaculate and the service was outstanding!
