Called for estimate 10/20/16, she came that afternoon. She said they could do it the next day due problem with equipment. The cost was he lowest of all four other estimates!! Crew showed up in the rain, completed the job quickly and cleaned up. I would definitely call Andy's again.

the estimate was decent and the work was fantastic. had lots of trees in a small yard that the previous owners never cut etc.  It was ridiculous. I got 5 estimates, liked Andy's the best.  They did the job in one day and I thought there would be lots of wood chips to clean up, there was like none.  They did a fantastic job and I don't know how they did it!  Highly recommended, i would not use anyone else if I needed trees removed again.  Loved them.  The onwer was nice fun and fair and her employess were great!  Thank you

I called Andy's Tree Service on August 21 and 28, 2015 and left messages to call me for an estimate to remove a large oak tree in my backyard.  No one called me back.  I finally got a hold of them on September 1, 2015.  I told the woman who answered the phone that I would like to get an estimate to remove a tree in my backyard.  She said that they were very busy and booked through October.  They are "only doing work trimming trees for repeat customers".  When I asked if they can just come out to give me an estimate, she told me to go with one of the other tree companies that I got an estimate from.  Very unprofessional and poor customer service!!  How do they expect to get new customers if they only do work for repeat customers?

Because Andy's Tree Service had a special "cherry picker" type machine, and this enabled them to get into my rather small backyard and use this lift to raise workers up and prune the tree branches individually, thus leaving a lot of healthy branches which continue to shade my back porch and back yard.  [The alternative would have been to climb the tree, and less of the tree would have been accessible.  That would have resulted in loping off more, and lower branches, which wouldn't have been as favorable an outcome.]
As is, the tree retains a lot of structural beauty, and shades my backyard beautifully.  They expertly trimmed branches so that my roof and that of my neighbor are free of leaf and tree dirt, and our gutters get less dirt too.  I was called to arrange the date very promptly, the day of the service they arrived on time, and were finished that morning.  They totally cleaned up all the branches, leaves, and dirt, making it seem like the tree was trimmed by magic!
This was a very, very successful experience:  I recommend them very highly!

They did a great job removing the large oak tree as it was very difficult to get to the tree in the back yard and it had power lines running on both sides of it.  Did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done.  Was a little disappointed that they didn't put down plywood like they said they would to prevent the vehicles that they used to cut down the trees from making deep tracks in the lawn.

I was not home when work was done but I had expected more tree trimming than was actually done. The house- sitter expressed surprise at the casual and unprofessional attitude of the workers. Will not call Andy's again.

I chose not to go ahead and use them since I received a better price from another company.  They were more expensive than other companies.

He has explained exactly what he will be doing. We are pleased so far with his responsiveness and experience. We look forward to having him do the work on our tree. We have done some checking around regarding his work and we feel he is very professional and knowledgeable.

We also appreciated his honesty. He recommended that we wait until later in the year when the leaves have fallen off to be better able to see the structure of the tree. He could have come in right away and chopped the tree down without regard to the health of the tree.

His estimate was $300. He is a certified arborist and keeps his crew down to himself and two others. He is present at every job.

Called for an estimate and got one the same day. Work was done the very next day!!!!! Workers were very courteous and cleaned everything before leaving. They even did a couple little extra things in my yard!!!

Paul and his fellow workers were outstanding. They came exactly when promised and left the yard looking like they had never been there, other than the trees being gone. Very pleasant people that got the job done right.

Andy's Tree Service was happy about coming out to do the job, even though I live quite a ways out. They did a great job hauling everything off. We will use them again.
