American Freight Furniture and Mattress - Buffalo

It went well, not white glove service, but it is a bargain outlet. The chest of drawers are good quality considering what I paid 218. Comparable models much more not assembled elsewhere. Delivery happened same day. Would use again for decent items on a budget. Do not look for mattresses however, you can find better models cheaper elsewhere.

Don't bother

It went horribly, the worst experience I ever had in a retail setting. They would be the very LAST place i would ever go to. I was in the process of selling my old home and finding a new home so I asked them to delay delivery a half year or so. When time came to deliver my furniture they stated that they had delivered it a year ago. This NEVER happened. Delivery never occurred. I asked to see who signed for it - they refused to give me the information stating it was in their corporate office. I contacted them repeatedly for a month with no results. In the end because I did not have an original store reciept. They told me I was out of luck and they refused any resolution - they would do nothing until the "original" receipt was produced. I have proof that i paid it but that is inconsequential. I called up supervisors upon supervisors with no results.

This is a big warehouse with all types of furniture. We found the table we liked and it was well made and at a good price. The sales people were very helpful and loaded it in our van.
