I'll just say that we were pleasantly surprised. Joe is friendly, professional and smart. He not only fixed our furnace on short-notice, but gave us great expert advice and suggestions on other household improvements. He seemed honest and not "slimy" (aka trying to upsell us on everything), and is the kind of guy you feel that you can trust in your home. He is affordable and easy to reach, too. We definitely recommend using Alongi for your hvac needs!

The installation of the new Rheem furnace went very well. They were very polite, professional, well mannered and cleaned up after the job was done. The technicians were delightful to have in my home. On the other occasion when they came for the furnace repair, they came out on a Friday night after I called several companies with no response. Alongi answered the call immediately and came to my house within 30 minutes just as specified. The technician fixed the furnace. The igniter was bad and changed it in a timely manner. The furnace was back up and running within 45 minutes. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call Alongi back again.
