I was very happy with Willman.  I think they're very honest.  He really knew his product.  He was very familiar with my refrigerator and freezer.  He really knew what to do: he gave me options.  He actually fixed something else on my stove for free while he was out working on the refrigerator.  They seem very reliable and very honest, which is very important.

Paul was fantastic. He went out of his way to get a part for me and get the job completed ahead of schedule as I have a new baby and lots of laundry as a result! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Paul was unreal!!! He was unbelievably fast, professional and an absolute genius with his knowledge of my washer and dryer that he fixed in no time!!! Look no further for a better service!

Scott was very polite.  He found the problem with my dishwasher very quickly.  He removed the glass, ran the dishwasher again and found that it was still not working correctly.  He searched to find the remaining pieces of glass causing the problem.  He removed the glass again and tested.  It sounded fine and was fixed.   He processed to remove my front panel and tighten the dishwasher handle as to not make a rattling noise.  He cleaned up the area, proceeded to give me pointers on how to run my dishwasher efficiently was off to his next call.

Willman Service was very professional and courteous. They came out to attend to the problems right away. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

My experience with them was very good.  They called me, told me the problem, and told me what I needed to do before they could fix it.  They honored the Angies List coupon.  They came back when they said they would and it is fixed.

Scott was punctual, helpful and gave excellent advice. He was honest about costs for parts and guided me to avoid unnecessary expenses.

My dryer stopped working.  I work full time, so there are very few times when someone can get into my home.  I called this am to have the dryer fixed.  The operator said that it could be fixed tomorrow, but I work all day tomorrow.  Because of that, the operator was able to get the repairman to come to my home today.
He arrived on time and, after only about 1/2 hour, the dryer was fixed.

It went very well.  The technician was friendly and professional and wasted no time finding and fixing the problem.

I called him a week before Thanksgiving and he told me he would have it fixed by Thanksgiving. He only did the refrigerator and then never came back for the oven. I called him and asked because I paid him the same day. He said he would send me a bill and he never sent me a bill. He's not much of a business man, but he's a nice guy. I paid him $270 for diagnosing and repairing the refrigerator. He's not very detail oriented or business oriented. He should have written it down that he needed to order a part and I left him a message that I needed the bill for my records. I was able to go online and very easily find the part for about 20% less so I'm not sure his price was worth the time. He was late, he didn't show up for 2 hours but he called. My friend used him, too but there was no follow up or follow through for her either.

Service call on Saturday, timely and quick, part was ordered, and he could have come back on Thursday but my schedule didn't allow it, Friday he came back during the time frame that was promised and all is well now.

We found Willman to be a pleasure to work with. The firm set up an appointment very quickly, the quality of their work appears to be great and the pricing was very fair. In contrast, we had initially contacted Sears (the dryer is a Kenmore brand) and were told that we'd have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. A couple of days later, we received a call giving us the option of paying $65 for the diagnostic call and then taking our chances as to what repairs might run or a flat $200 fee for any repairs the dryer might require. We were terribly turned off by that and found Willman's professionalism to be a breath of fresh air.

I called in the morning and they were at my home by the afternoon. The service was quick, clean, professional and pleasant. He was able to fix all my problem and gave advice about what to do and not to do in the care and use of my appliances. My problems were common ones and he didn't find any unsuspected issues that I would need to fix and pay for (I often worry that phantom problems arise when at the mercy of a service guy). Aside from feeling a bit pricey, I was extremely happy with the service.

Came when they said, did job, left. Easy.

They were excellent! They came out promptly and got the job done. We couldn't speak more highly about them. I would continue to use them.

Great! Same day service, I described the problem when I called at around 9:30 am. They agreed it was probably the belt and explained their pricing. Clay arrived around 11:40 am, had the correct belt, got to work quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and finished in about 20 minutes. I don't know if this belt will last 13 years, like the one he replaced, but it's nice to get something repaired so quickly!

The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the part with him (service switch) to perform the repair which took no more than 10 minutes. When I called for the appointment the phone representative asked for the model & make of the washer and also a description of the problem with the machine. Because of this the technician made sure he had all of the associated parts for the repair with him.

IT WAS GREAT. I HAD NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY DELIVERED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BECAUSE THEY GOT THE PART. WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY TOLD ME WAS WHAT THEY STUCK TO ON THE PRICE.

THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO FURNISH AND REPLACE A FAULTY FUSE CIRCUIT COMPONENT THAT WAS CAUSING THE TELEVISION SET TO LOSE COLOR WHILE CHANGING CHANNELS
