. He comes in and does whatever you need. Be it a hole in the wall or anything. He has done sheet rocking for me; he installed an attic stairs for me. He comes in access it, goes and buys what he needs and then charges me for purchase and labour. He does not make me go out and get it. He knows what he needs, goes and gets it and brings it back and does the work. I find a lot of people now a day whether it is an electrician or plumber, they tell you to go to the hard ware job and buy the products and invariably I buy the wrong products. Then I have to take it back and buy the right products when the professional who knows what they need should go out and buy it. It is so frustrating for me when somebody who comes into my house to fix something tells me that I have to go out and buy the materials myself before they can do the job. He is a hard worker, comes in works start to finish. Like I needed attic stairs, he did the research for me on attic stairs. He send an e-mail on it and said the three types he recommends, advised me to pick one and that he would go out and buy it. I know nothing of attic stairs. He took that on and did it for me. He did not say go get the stairs and let me know when you have them and then I will show up. I think his price is fair .I will use him in the future.
