With over 40 years experience in the HVAC business, Air Professional Associates, Inc. owner Merv Blank prides himself on the loyalty of his customers. Air Professional Associates, Inc. takes particular pride in managing your heating and cooling project from conceptual inception, through design, installation. Our professional staff have managed system installations ranging in size from small residences of 2,000 sq. ft. to complex residential applications like our our work in a 27,000 sq. ft. residence utilizing a four-pipe chilled and hot water system, radiant heat and snow melting panels along with a complete Desert Aire System for the indoor pool building. We have also worked in a large range of commercial spaces including installation of a WiFi network controlled heating and cooling system at a 50,000 sq ft. Self storage facility, a climate control system in a mission critical hospital computer room, and roof top system installation for a three story office building. We are proud to utlize the latest technologies for high-efficiency and energy savings. Our product line includes quality products from manufacturers including Trane, Weil-McLain, High Efficiency System 2000 Boilers, Burnham, Aprilaire, Honeywell. I called APA, after the company I used before ignored my calls and messages when they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Matt came even earlier than the scheduled appointment , which was great since I had to go to work that day and leave my wife to deal with it, I was able to explain everything myself that had gone on with the furnace and the failed attempts to fix it by the other company. After I left, Matt and some help managed to fix the problem in no time, and even proposed a maintenance program for the coming years. I'm very please with the professionalism, efficiency and punctuality of APA, I definitely recommend their services. +++

APA used the most sensible approach to my solution, taking the time to sit down and evaluate the prior short comings of the failed system to address this as best as possible under a new setup. I am impressed with their thoroughness,logical practical approach to solving my problem without trying to stuff me with product or items I didn't need or that wouldn't serve me well in the end.

It went as anticipated / planned. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. We went over the placement of the outside unit + the inside unit and each vent in every room to ensure we were in complete agreement. They handled the permits required and they obtained the electrician needed. They provided a complete overview / detailed instructions on how to operate the unit. They even came back in May 2014 to and quot;start upand quot; the unit and again go over it's operation for no additional cost.

I believe it went extremely well. The team showed up as planned and we went over exactly what they would be doing inside and outside over the next several days. The team was very professional and showed respect for our house / yard (they ensured they did not leave any marks / derbis) despite the amount of trips they made into the attic with all the tools, equipment, etc. that were needed to complete the job.
They arranged for the two inspections required by the city of Stamford and were on site when the inspections were performed (no issues / problems).
Once the unit was operational they took the time to go over its operation and potential adjustments with us.

Justin Pfeifer was the person I dealt with from APA and he was a consummate professional. He was honest and attentive to what we needed. We went with all high end Trane units and, while the cost was significant, we could not be happier with the units and APA. They were very competitive on price and their workers were considerate of my house, even taking the time to put on booties each time and they entered my home. I highly recommend Justin and APA.

They were excellent! They did a very professional installation of a complete HVAC system. They also offered a 0% financing plan for 36 months. They are very competitive and professional. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.
