T.Y. Concrete

I'm very please with how this project turned out. TY Concrete is very professional and courteous. This was a project at a rental property, where I was not always able to be present. TY Concrete was able to work efficiently without supervision, they interacted with the tenants keeping them well informed and treated them with respect. In the end, TY Concrete did exactly what they said they would, and at a great price. I am very happy with the results. They communicated along the way, I never felt like I was in the dark on what was going on. I would hire them again. They cleaned up after themselves without even having to be asked. They chipped in and even went above and beyond a few times, like taking away debris that I was going to have to pay someone else to take (they did it for free).

For the most part this went well. TY Concrete was able to knock this out in a couple days, given that they did this after hours. They removed the old window and frame, and then laid block to fill in the extra space. The new vinyl window was inserted, and mortar was used to enclose the window. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and was very polite/professional. I'm very happy with the commitment the company made - they kept their word and did exactly what they promised to do. I'd hire them again.
